Dear Ms. Lopez,
Thank you for your response to my letter of October 3, 2018 seeking a petition for re-zoning on
behalf of my client Hercules Kalogeropoulos/Cambridge Mobile Sound and Security.
This letter is a formal request seeking to amend the zoning map of the City of Cambridge in the area
of 234 Monsignor O'Brian Highway, in Cambridge, MA from the existing Residence 'C-1' to Business 'A'.
The present owner is Hercules Kalogeropoulos, trustee of the '234 Monsignor O'Brian Highway
Realty Trust' who seeks to have the location be within the permissible zone to sell recreational
marijuana if and when said sales are allowed within the City of Cambridge.
I am enclosing a copy of the 'trust' deed with the legal description and photograph's of the locus.
Also enclosed is a check for $150.00 for the filing fee.
If anything else is required please contact me.

"Subdivision of Land in Cambridge, Mass." Dated July 10, 2002 by Wendell H. Mason,
Professional Land Surveyor, recorded with the Middlesex (South District) Registry of Deeds as
Plan No. 359 of 2004, and bounded and described as follows:
