Mayor McGovern has notified the City Clerk of his intention to
move reconsideration of the vote taken on January 28, 2019 to
refer Calendar Item # 3, the same being a Policy Order requesting
a legal opinion on the Portland, Oregon's Relocation Assistance
Ordinance, which was referred to the Mayor's Blue-Ribbon Committee
on Tenant Displacement by Councillor Zondervan.
