I visited this site on Feb 7* to inspect the tree close to the sidewalk and walkway at 23 May St.
Cambridge MA.
This tree has a dead central leader and other dead branches at the top of the tree which indicates the
tree is declining. In addition, this tree has some mechanical damage on the trunk and root flare as well
as a very limited area to grow in.
In my opinion this tree is a candidate for removal. Please see attached pictures with notations and let
me know if you have any questions.
