Toomey, Jr., Councilor E. Denise Simmons, Councilor Quinton Zondervan; City Manager Louis A. DePasquale From: Ann Stewart, 25-31 Wheeler Street Re: CMA 2019 #92 Date: April 8, 2019 I support the City Manager's request to appropriate $50,000 for a traffic study on connecting Wheeler Street to Terminal Road, which is the road under Fresh Pond Parkway. West Cambridge residents would benefit by having an alternative to the Fresh Pond Parkway rotaries and to Concord Avenue, which is the only street that gives us access to the Quad and Cambridge Highlands. I hope you will approve this next step. Improving the flow of traffic here would be a "win win" for the city.
