Barron, 614 Massachusetts Avenue, et al property owners, pursuant to MGL Chapter 400, petitioning that a Business Improvement District (BID) be established for the Central Square Business Improvement District. The Assessors Department is certifying that in accordance with Chapter 400, Section 4 the BID signatures meet and exceed the required sixty (60%) percent of the real property owners within the BID and further that the petitioner's property values meet and exceed the fifty-one (51%) percent of the assessed valuation of all real property within the BID.
