CENTRAL SQUARE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (BID)
Attached you will find the certification from the Assessors Department relating to a petition received
from Kenneth S. Barron, 614 Massachusetts Avenue, et al property owners, pursuant to MGL Chapter
400, petitioning that a Business Improvement District (BID) be established for the Central Square
Business Improvement District.
The Assessors Department is certifying that in accordance with Chapter 400, Section 4 the BID
signatures meet and exceed the required sixty (60%) percent of the real property owners within the
BID and further that the petitioner's property values meet and exceed the fifty-one (51%) percent of
the assessed valuation of all real property within the BID.
Copies of the petition are on file in the City Clerk's Office.

We, the Assessors for the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts (the "City"), hereby certify that
we have received and reviewed the attached list of assessed real property, real property
owners, and the respective signatures (the "BID Signatures") of the aforesaid real property
owners within the proposed Central Square Business Improvement District (the "BID").
We hereby further certify that the aforesaid BID Signatures that have been submitted for our
review are consistent with our Block and Parcel numbers within the BID and that in
accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 400, S 4, the BID Signatures meet
and exceed the required sixty (60%) percent of the real property owners within the BID, and
further meet and exceed the fifty-one (51%) percent of the assessed valuation of all real
property within the BID.
