Only one owner of the three condos at 151 Dudley St responded. The two others had
each had two letters put in their doorways. Once non-respondent owner lists 151
Dudley as the address but rents out the unit instead and no other address is available.

Dear Mr. Johnston,
The city requires that abutting property owners be informed before the application for
modifying the "curb cut" at 90 Jackson Street. The R. C. Weaver Apartments are
abutters to the rear of 90 Jackson where two townhouses with attached garages are
currently under construction.
The application will propose trimming about 1. 7' from the southerly curb and then
reducing the overall curb cut to about 1 O' by extending the northerly curb about 6.6'.
Enclosed find the city's notification form which may or may not be returned. If returned,
it may or may not be marked as approval or disapproval. So far all who returned forms
have approved the modification of the curb cut.
Also enclosed are plans of the site and the neighborhood.
