To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of the MIT List Visual Arts Center, the contemporary art museum at MIT
to request permission to display banners on Ames Street, where the List Center is located in
order to promote the galleries and our programming.
The design of the banners is in keeping with the List Center's logo and design standards and
will be professionally designed and printed according to material and size specifications as
outlined in the attached request form. Banners utilize our logo and name of our institution to
publicize, market and draw attention to the List Center's location at 20 Ames St.
Enclosed please find a mock up for the banners.
The banners will be printed and installed by Heritage Flag.
We'd like to include this request to be considered for Monday, January 27, 2019 City Council
Meeting as we would like to install banners the week of Monday, February 3, 2019.
Thank you for considering this request.
