To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of the MIT List Visual Arts Center, the contemporary art museum at MIT
to request permission to display banners on Ames Street, Main Street and Broadway St.
The design of the banners is in keeping with the List Center's logo and design standards and
will be professionally designed and printed according to material and size specifications as
outlined in the attached request form. Banners utilize our logo and name of our institution to
publicize, market and draw attention to the List Center's programs and exhibitions
Enclosed please find a mock up for the banners.
The banners will be printed and installed by Heritage Flag. Amy McDonald will be the
supervising installer and vendor for this project.
We'd like to include this request to be considered for the Monday, February 3, 2019 City Council
Meeting.
We would like to install these banners on Wednesday, February 5, 2019. Installation and de-
installation dates are noted on the banner application form.
Thank you for considering this request.
