Re:
Notification and Request for Review and Support
Dear Neighbor,
We at Cambridge Brands Inc. at 810 Main Street are preparing to construct the addition to our
confectionery plant, which we advertised and reviewed in detail with the neighborhood last year. We
were successful in our efforts to gain approvals to proceed with the proposed addition and curb-cuts
from the Neighborhood Association, Planning Board, and Board of Zoning Appeals with assistance from
City of Cambridge land-use, zoning, engineering, and construction staff professionals.
Approval of the curb cuts from the Cambridge City Council is required as a final step prior to
construction. Even though your input and the input of other neighbors was sought last year at
Neighborhood Association meetings and public hearings, the City Council requests your input at this
time.
Attached to this letter are plans showing the curb cuts on Main and State Streets, and a form for you to
complete, sign and return.
Prior to you receiving this letter in your mail, I will have tried to meet with you at your door using proper
COVID social distancing to explain our plans. Kindly review the enclosed plans and form. If you have any
questions, please call me at [phone removed] during regular business hours. I would be pleased to meet
with you here at 810 Main Street. In any event please complete and sign the form and return it to me.
You can call me and I will come to you for pick up of this form, or you may mail it to me using the pre-
addressed and stamped envelope we have provided.
Thank you.

Re:
Notification and Request for Review and Support
Dear Neighbor,
We at Cambridge Brands Inc. at 810 Main Street are preparing to construct the addition to our
confectionery plant, which we advertised and reviewed in detail with the neighborhood last year. We
were successful in our efforts to gain approvals to proceed with the proposed addition and curt-cuts
from the Neighborhood Association, Planning Board, and Board of Zoning Appeals with assistance from
City of Cambridge land-use, zoning, engineering, and construction staff professionals.
Prior to you receiving this letter in your mail, 1 will have tried to meet with you at your door using proper
COVID social distancing to explain our plans. Kindly review the enclosed plans and form. If you have any
questions, please call me at [phone removed] during regular business hours. I would be pleased to meet
with you here at 810 Main Street. In any event please complete and sign the form and return it to me.
