FINAL PUBLICATION FIRST PUBLICATION IN THE CAMBRIDGE CHRONICLE ON MAY 7, 2026 City of Cambridge Calendar Item Number 7 Agenda Item Number 6 IN CITY COUNCIL April 27, 2026 June 1, 2026 ORDERED: that $28,500,000 is appropriated, in addition to any amounts previously appropriated, for the purpose of planning and financing building renovations, including but not limited to the following projects in the municipal facilities improvement plan to support significant building improvements and deferred maintenance projects. Proposed projects include but are not limited to Public Works facilities, municipal offices, youth centers, libraries, and fire stations, and deferred maintenance, and to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the City Manager is authorized to borrow $28,500,000 under Chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other enabling authority.
