POR 2026-110 FIRST IN COUNCIL June 1, 2026 City of Cambridge COUNCILLOR NOLAN COUNCILLOR AL-ZUBI COUNCILLOR MCGOVERN COUNCILLOR ZUSY WHEREAS: The Health and Environment Committee met on May 26, 2026 to review and discuss implementation of Zero Waste Master Plan (ZWMP) 2.0, adopted by Council in June 2025, including review of draft ordinance changes as recommended by the ZWMP 2.0; now therefore be it RESOLVED: That the Health and Environment Committee recommend to the full City Council to adopt the proposed changes to Cambridge Municipal Code Chapter 8.24: REFUSE AND LITTER and Chapter 8.68: Bring Your Own Bag, and to adopt Chapter 8.72: Skip The Stuff, as soon as possible.
