To the Honorable, the City Council:
I am hereby requesting the appropriation of HOME Grant Program Income of $18,970.32 to the
Public Investment Fund Housing Department Extraordinary Expenditures account.
Periodically, the Housing Department receives program income related to U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant programs. HOME Program income comes when
loan repayments are made from affordable housing developments that were created with HOME
funding
Appropriating these funds increases the resources available to support affordable housing
development.
