To the Honorable, the City Council:
I am hereby requesting the appropriation of donations to The Cambridge Program for Individuals with
Special Needs in the amount of $5,013.96 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary
Maintenance account.
Funds were donated during the annual City Golf Tournament and through individual private donations
throughout the year. Funds will be used to purchase supplies and equipment to support participant and
program needs.
