To the Honorable, the City Council:
I am hereby requesting the appropriation of an FY27 State 911 Department Emergency Medical Dispatch
(EMD) Grant in the amount of $24,336 to the Grant Fund Emergency Communications Other Ordinary
Maintenance Account.
Funds will support quality assurance (call review) of the emergency medical protocol used by staff to
provide pre- and post-dispatch instructions for medical emergencies.
