CMA 2026-250 IN CITY COUNCIL September 14, 2026 To the Honorable, the City Council: I am hereby requesting an appropriation of a Local Consumer Aid Fund grant in the amount of $24,020 received from the Office of the Attorney General, Local Consumer Aid Fund, to the Grant Fund License Commission (Consumer’s Council) Salaries and Wages account ($22,010) and to the Grant Fund License Commission (Consumer Council) Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,010). This amount is in addition to $65,000 in grant revenue that was already appropriated as a funding source to support the Consumer’s Council as part of the FY27 Adopted Budget. The funds will be used to allow the Consumers' Council to continue the mediation of consumer complaints from individuals in Cambridge as well as in Somerville, Arlington, Belmont, Watertown and Waltham which do not have their own complaint mediation program. IN CITY COUNCIL September 14, 2026 To the Honorable, the City Council: I am hereby requesting the appropriation of a donation, in the amount of $250, to the Grant Fund Historical Commission Other Ordinary Maintenance account.
