(A) ICE Detainer Requests and Administrative Warrants • Between February 2026 and August 2026, the Cambridge Police Department received zero (0) ICE detainer requests. • Zero (0) administrative warrants were lodged with the department. (B) Individuals Detained as a Result of ICE Requests or Warrants • No individuals were detained as a result of an ICE detainer or administrative warrant during this period. (C) Individuals Transferred to ICE Custody • No individuals were transferred to ICE custody during this period. (D) Federal Reimbursements Related to ICE Detainers or Warrants • No reimbursements were received from the federal government pursuant to any ICE detainer or administrative warrant during this period. (E) Investigations Involving Cooperation with ICE • Between February 2026 and August 2026, there were zero (0) investigations in which the Cambridge Police Department cooperated with or provided information to ICE.

2026 CPD – ICE INTERACTIONS Date: Officer: Contact: (Call, In-Person, etc.) Note: 2/10/2026 Commissioner City Employee A City employee emailed the Pollice Commissioner about a possible ICE siting at 156 Broadway and Cross St. The vehicle is a black Chevy Tahoe, “Just wondering if there is any news out there. Sorry to bother you” Car 1 and Car 17 in area, unfounded. NOTE: 156 Broadway / Cross St. don’t exist, possible Somerville. 2/21/2026 Lt. N. Mochi Call At 1732, Lt. Mochi received a call from USCBP Supervisor Agent Ortega out of the Philadelphia office, stating that they would like assistance determining the court disposition on an individual who was arrested in 2017 by CPD. Ortega stated that the individual was in their custody, and that the purpose of the call was to determine possible immigration ramifications for this individual. No info was provided and the phone call was subsequently terminated. The agent didn’t provide any info about the person in question. 3/5/2026 Lt. S. Norton Call At 8:36PM, I received a call at the desk from an ICE Officer who requested information regarding Basel Zakkari. The ICE Officer was informed that no information would be shared. The ICE Officer further advised me that Zakkari has prior firearm, Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Armed Robbery charges. I again advised that no information would be shared and ended the call. 4/2/2026 Comm. Elow Email At 12:03 PM, Commissioner Elow received an email from a City Councilor regarding an ICE sighting, “Sorry to bother you again. Someone reported that they were told by a classmate that at 9:57 this morning the classmate saw ICE agents near the corner of Prospect and Cambridge Street. The person reporting only saw CPD a few minutes later. Can you find out if ICE agents were there at 9:57?”. This was confirmed to not be an ICE sighting. 4/26/2026 Lt. S. Norton Call At 10:40PM, the Shift Commander’s desk received a call from an officer with ICE Boston who was requesting information on an arrested party. He did not provide the name of the individual he was looking, but presumably he was seeking information on a Turkish national who had been arrested in

2026 CPD – ICE INTERACTIONS the past hour. The shift commander informed the ICE officer that no information would be provided per policy and city ordinance. The officer understood and thanked the shift commander for his time. The call was then terminated. 7/9/2026 Lt. F. Leung Call The Shift Commander received a phone call from Officer Granum of US Immigration & Customs. She stated that she was calling to advise that she and her partner were going to 101 Washington St. to speak with a couple who were seeking citizenship, to verify their address for administrative processing. She was concerned about any dangerous incidents that might have occurred at that location. The Shift Commander her that there were no dangerous incidents at that location. The purpose of this call is to verify a person’s address for immigration verification for those seeking citizenship.
