A curb cut at 94 Hammond Street. A curb cut order was adopted on July 30, 2007 (Attachment A) granting a curb cut on Museum Street side of the property with the condition the curb cut on Hammond Street be closed. Attached are copies of additional information, the BZA decision and drawings to support the request for a new curb cut to be made without closing the existing curb cut.
