The Manager's report back on reviewing the entertainment license fee schedule. City Manager, relative to the appropriation of a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance under the Local Law Enforcement Block Grant Program (FY03) for $93,610 to the Grant Fund Police Other Ordinary Maintenance ($29,010) and the Extraordinary Expenditures ($64,600) and will be used to purchase laptop computers for police vehicles, related technology equipment as well as support service costs for wireless connections and will also be used to fund sub-grants for community partnerships that support crime prevention programs which foster cooperation between community residents and law enforcement personnel
