Healy, City Manager, the appropriation of the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services Grant (BSAS) funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for $100,000 to the Grant Fund of Human Service Salary and Wages account ($67,877), Grant Fund Human Service Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($30,373) and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($1,750) to provide funds will be used to fund the Cambridge Prevention Coalition’s work implementing the “Cambridge Community Mobilizing for Change Around Alcohol Projectâ€
