The transfer of $3,700,000 from the FY06 School General Fund Salary and Wages account ($1,450,000) and the School Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,250,000) to the School Debt Stabilization Fund and will be used to fund future school capital projects and help offset fluctuations in future debt service revenues and expenses, subject to appropriation
