A supplemental appropriation to the Massachusetts Formula Grant for $5,218.00 funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs with ($4,220.00) to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account and ($998.00) to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account and will be used to provide additional substance abuse prevention services for Cambridge seniors and transportation for Cambridge seniors to medical appointments and weekly food shopping trips and will also support one part-time weekend coordinator position and several instructors who provide services at the Citywide Senior Center
