A transfer of $8,925 within the Early Learning Opportunities (ELOA) grant funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account and is required since students, who receive a stipend, are performing services at the Community Learning Center as part of the grant instead of part-time temporary staff as originally budgeted
