That the City Councillor formally appropriate/allocate the Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds as follows: 1A. 80% of FY2009 CPA revenues ($4,800,000) appropriated to the Affordable Housing Trust. 6-3-0 1B. 10% of FY2009 CPA revenues ($600,000) appropriated to Historic Preservation. #1-9-9-0- 0 1B10-7-2-0 1C. 10% of FY2009 CPA revenues ($600,000) appropriated/allocated to Open Space. #1-4-5-4-0 2A. 80% of FY2008 State Match revenues (received in FY2009) ($3,120,000) appropriated to the Affordable Housing Trust. 6-3-0 2B. 10% of FY2008 State Match revenues (received in FY2009) ($390,000) appropriated in Historic Preservation. #1-9-9-0-0 #10-7-2-0 2C. 10% of FY2008 State Match revenues (received in FY2009) ($390,000) appropriated/allocated to Open Space. 5-4-0 3A. 80% of the Fund Balance ($800,000) appropriated to the Affordable Housing Trust. 6-3-0 3B. 10% of the Fund Balance ($100,000) appropriated to Historic Preservation. 9-0-0
