The appropriation of the Friends of the Community Learning Center (CLC) grant in the amount of $23,000 received from the Friends of the Community Learning Center to the Grant Fund Human Services Salary and Wages account ($19,562), Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,338), and to the Travel and Training account ($1,100) and will be used to support the Bridge to College Program which supports students working on study skills, academic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
