The appropriation of the Friends of the Community Learning Center (CLC) Bridge to College Program donation in the amount of $23,000.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($22,302.00), to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($98.00), and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($600.00) which will support the Bridge to College program which consists of one class that meets two evenings per week for a total of six hours of instruction per week
