The appropriation of the STOP Act grant program for $50,000.00 funded by the Substance and Mental Health Services Administration to the Grant Fund Department of Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($6,939.00), to the Grant Fund Department of Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($41,061.00), and to the Grant Fund Department of Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($2,000.00) and will be used to create new 21 Proof trainings for security personnel, and to create marketing campaigns, including both print and electronic media, to reduce social access of alcohol to those under 21
