The appropriation of the Adult Basic Education (ABE) Capacity Building Grant for Family Literacy in the amount of $8,067.00 received from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Adult and Community Learning Services to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($5,874.00) and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($2,193.00) and will be used for the Community Learning Center (CLC) to develop a manual to support outreach workers, student leaders, and teachers in providing workshops on key parenting issues
