The appropriation of the Friends of the Community Learning Center (CLC) Bridge to College Program grant in the amount of $33,450.42 to the Grant Fund Human Service Salary and Wages account ($30,985.42), Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($1,875.00), and Travel and Training account ($590.00) to support two ESOL classes at the Community Learning Center, a portion of salaries for two part-time ESOL teachers, and to support the Bridge to College program which consists of one class that meets two evenings per week for a total of six hours of instruction per week
