The appropriation of a donation from the Turner Family Foundation to the Youth Engaged in Life-Long Sports (YELLS) Program in the amount of $47,000.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Salary and Wages account ($4,650.00) and to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($42,350.00) which will support the YELLS program held at the Russell Youth and Community Center and is designed to expose young people to sports they can play for the rest of their lives - golf, tennis, cycling, hiking, ultimate Frisbee and more
