The appropriation of the Low Income Heating Assistance Program grant for $987,795.00 funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services and administered in Massachusetts by the Commonwealth's Department of Housing and Community Development to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($230,340.00) and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($755,955.00) and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($1,500.00) which will be used to operates the Low Income Heating Assistance Program (LIHEAP) serving Cambridge and Somerville
