The appropriation of a $57,786 Grant from the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative's (MTC) Clean Energy Choice program to the Public Investment Fund Public Works Extraordinary Expenditures account ($38,286) and to Public Investment Fund Water Department Extraordinary Expenditures account ($19,500) and will provide funding to Public Works to purchase eleven Big Belly solar trash compactors to continue installations in the Central Square area or in parks with high volumes of trash
