Appropriation of a Clean Air & Mobility Grant for $150,000 funded through the Boston Region Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, to the Grant Fund License Other Ordinary Maintenance account to support the hybrid cab conversion program as well as the appropriation of $30,000 from excess departmental license revenues to the Grant Fund License Other Ordinary Maintenance account to satisfy the required city match for the Grant for a total of $180,000
