The appropriation of the Friends of the Community Learning Center Bridge to College Program grant in the amount of $30,617.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($25,201.00), to the Department of Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($4,166.00), and to the Department of Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($1,250.00) to provides classes and counseling in the Community Learning Center's Bridge to College program, which assists residents in making the transition to post secondary education
