That the City Council formally appropriate/allocate the Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds as follows: 1A. 80% of the FY2013 CPA Local Fund revenues ($5,600,000) allocated to Affordable Housing and appropriated to the Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust; 7-2-0 1B. 10% of FY2013 CPA Local Fund revenues ($700,000) allocated to Historic Preservation; 9-0-0 1C. 10% of FY2013 CPA Local Fund revenues ($700,000) allocated to Open Space; 8-1-0 2A. 80% of FY2012 State Match revenues ($1,320,000) allocated to Affordable Housing and appropriated to the Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust; 7-2-0 2B. 10% of FY2012 State Match revenues ($165,000) allocated to Historic Preservation; 9-0-0 2C. 10% of FY2012 State Match revenues ($165,000) allocated to Open Space; 8-1-0 3A. 80% of the Fund Balance ($800,000) allocated to Affordable Housing and appropriated to the Affordable Housing Trust; 7-2-0 3B. 10% of the Fund Balance ($100,000) allocated to
