The transfer of funds of the STOP Act grant awarded from the Substance and Mental Health Services Administration Supportive Housing Program grant in the amount of $4,570.00 from the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account which will be used to support contracted services through the Cambridge Health Department that is responsible for implementing the Reality Check Campaign with support from the Cambridge Prevention Coalition
