An additional appropriation to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grant in the amount of $506,250.00 funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services ($310,800) and the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development ($195,450), which also administers the program, to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($36,005.00), to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($465,245.00), and to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Travel and Training account ($5,000.00) which will allow the Department of Human Service Programs to operate the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program serving Cambridge and Somerville
