The appropriation of donations to the Multi Service Center in the amount of $1,000.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Other Ordinary Maintenance account which are used in support of homeless clients of the Multi Service Center to maintain at-risk households by paying either part of their rental arrearage, helping a previously homeless individual or family being placed in housing with a security deposit, paying one month's rent, or assisting with other related relocation costs
