The appropriation of the Metro North Regional Employment Board (MNREB) grant received from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Adult and Community Learning Services through MNREB in the amount of $156,560.00 to the Grant Fund Human Service Programs Salary and Wages account ($148,196.00), to the Other Ordinary Maintenance account ($8,204.00), and to the Travel and Training account ($160.00) which will provide funds for Adult Basic Education (ABE) services and for integrated ESOL/Math/Computers course for immigrants who are interested in training for careers in health care, primarily as nurse assistants
