City Manager is requested to report on whether, after all approvals with specific site plans and numerous neighborhood meetings, a new traffic plan is being proposed by the City and the owners of the Dunkin Donuts on north Massachusetts Avenue and respond to the City Council on how such changes could take place after numerous community meetings and meetings of City boards
