The City Manager is requested to get an update from the Cambridge Housing Authority on the status of the renovations(*balconies) at the LBJ Building located at 150 Erie Street and to direct the Cambridge Senior Center to provide an ombudsman to the LBJ Apartments to assist the tenants with their concerns on housing policies
