City Council go on record expressing its disappointment with the MBTA’s decision to go forward with a contract to allow liquor advertisement on MBTA property and equipment and urge the MBTA to provide equal access to free advertising and additional resources to prevention groups that are going to have to work harder to counter this increase in advertising urging consumption of alcohol
