The Department of Environmental Protection is requested to ensure that any Revised Activity and Use Limitation include a mechanism for notification of the Cambridge City Council, DEP, Cambridge Health Department, EPA, community members including ANI, ASG, and all residents residing within 200 yards of the intrusive activity, and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry at least ninety days prior to undertaking an Intrusive Activity
