The City Manager is requested to confer with the Police Commissioner, the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation and the Assistant City Manager for Community Development to review the visibility of the “Yield to Pedestrians†sign at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Western Avenue, and to investigate the installation of a lighted crosswalk or whatever tool will best increase the visibility and safety of this pedestrian crossing
