The City Manager is requested to instruct the City Solicitor to draft an ordinance that would ensure that any Revised Activity and Use Limitation include notification of the City Council, DEP, Cambridge Health Department, EPA, all residents within 200 yards of the activity, and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry at least ninety days prior to Intrusive Activity including all properties covered by the Asbestos ordinance
