The City Manager is requested to confer with the Assistant City Manager for Community Development to contact the appropriate persons at MIT regarding the lot located at the corner of Cherry Street and School Street with a view in mind of development of affordable housing, particularly affordable housing utilizing green technology such as solar energy, and report back to the City Council
