The City Manager is requested to report to the City Council by March 15, 2005 on the posting of "yield to pedestrians" or other appropriate signs warning of possible conflict between drivers and pedestrians at intersections where there are concurrent signals (signals that are given for drivers and also give pedestrians a walk light)
