The City Manager is requested to instruct the Traffic, Parking and Transportation and the Police Departments to monitor the speed that motor vehicles are traveling on Grozier Road between 7:00 - 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 - 6:00 P.M., to implement traffic calming measures to slow cars down on Grozier Road, and to explore providing access from Fresh Pond Parkway for abutters since Grozier Road is a two way street
