The City Manager is requested to direct the City Solicitor and other appropriate staff to prepare a report on what tools the City could use, including the possibility of an ordinance, to require additional security for multi-family buildings with 50 or more residents and that the order and report be referred to the Housing Committee and Public Safety Committee for a joint meeting
