City Manager is hereby requested to direct the Director of Traffic, Parking and Transportation and the Police Commissioner to analyze the Inman Street/Massachusetts Avenue intersection and to draft a plan to prevent red light running at this and other key intersections, the plan provide for the increased distribution of the “Points of Safety†cards to prevent red light running and other infractions and forward the above plan to the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Committee together with a report on prevention efforts for bikes on the sidewalk
