The City Manager is requested to confer with the Commissioner of Public Works and the Director of the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department regarding development of a plan whereby in major snowstorms we are mindful that snow removal from parking spaces in front of churches and other places of worship is essential to the smooth operation of church functions such as funerals and services
